this PR in order to benefit of flow feature in create/update

maintain get it as well. But may be broken.

We need to revisit the Forjfile core work to split in more steps and determine when we need to run those on tasks create/update or maintain. The split will help in clarifying how Forjj do the core work.

The DESIGN.md could be updated to explain how Forjj works, internally.
