WIP: Testing forjj by creating a forge in the forj-test github organization

The core of this PR is to provide an automated tools that we can manually on a build server and be able to start it from jenkins when needed.

This is considered as integration testing. This is typically a process to use before pushing a release or on demand. (hubot)
